In the latest NHS staff survey results we ranked top out of all the mental health and learning disability trusts in the North West.
The survey measures our colleagues’ experiences of working for us across nine themes.
We ranked top out of the region’s mental health and learning disability trusts for five of these - teamwork, being flexible, being recognised and rewarded, having a voice that counts, and always learning – ranking second in the others.
And we’re above the national average for all nine themes, with colleagues reporting an improved experience compared to our previous year’s results in all of them too.
It was also our highest response rate ever, with 48 percent of our colleagues (1889) giving their views.
It’s positive news, but there’s work to do to improve and the results will help us to do that.
