Greater Manchester's Month of Hope runs from 10 September - 10 October to raise awareness of suicide prevention.
This year’s theme is ‘Changing the Narrative on Suicide’, part of the Shining a Light on Suicide campaign.
You can get involved by having open conversations and playing a role in preventing suicide, with lots of events you can join in with and training you can take.
We are planning to share advice and stories of hope on this page and on our social media channels. You can connect with us on social media @PennineCareNHS and share any advice or stories with us too.
