Providing high quality care for patients is our top priority and underpins everything we do here at Pennine Care.
We have a quality group which develops our quality strategy and ensures we achieve our strategic aims and quality priorities. The group also monitors compliance with the Care Quality Commission, ensuring services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Every year we are required to identify three top priorities for quality. These are decided through consultation with the board, council of governors, staff at all levels, service users and carers. You can find out more about our latest quality priorities in the quality account, within our annual report.
We use the patient safety incident response framework, which is the NHS's new approach to responding to patient safety incidents. Read more about the patient safety incident response framework and see our latest patient safety incident plan.
