Chief operating officer
Following the promotion of the existing post holder, we now have an exciting, challenging, yet hugely rewarding, opportunity for an experienced or aspiring executive director.
This is a critical appointment for our organisation, and we require an exceptional and inclusive leader to work with our Board through the next stage in our development.
As a full member of the Executive team, you will support development of an open and engaging culture for service users and staff, encouraging excellence in clinical practice, facilitating team working and multi-professional care delivery.
We're seeking a values-based leader who can develop and operate as a beacon and model of compassionate leadership and further develop our culture of psychological safety and trauma informed care.
Reporting directly to our Chief Executive, Anthony Hassall, we are looking for an exceptional team player, someone who is driven by outstanding patient care, listens to the voice of our colleagues and service users and strives always to be better.

Director of corporate affairs
In this role, you will set the strategic direction of our internal systems of corporate governance.
You will identify and maintain the legal and regulatory framework for corporate governance, provide assurance on compliance with relevant legislation, as well as expert knowledge and oversight on changes to the legal landscape.
You will also set the strategic direction of our external facing integrated corporate governance functions. Working closely with all the executive directors to ensure the effective strategic and operational management of our corporate affairs.
Directly supporting the Chair on all matters concerning the effective working of the Board of Directors and the Council of Governors, you will also lead the effective management of the Chief Executive Office and hold the overall responsibilities of Trust Secretary.
