Whether you’re a first-time or experienced dad, one of two dads, a single father, co-parent, or a grandad – if baby is on the way, or under two years old, this one’s for you.
Looking after yourself is just as important as supporting your family during the perinatal period (pregnancy to second birthday).
Join our free and friendly drop-in sessions.
We’ll offer advice and support about parenting challenges, how to look after yourself and support your family, how to build the best possible relationship with your baby, and more.
There's no need to book and there are free refreshments available.
