Summers Ward (Tameside)
We provide assessment, risk management and treatment of older male adults experiencing organic mental health problems (primarily dementia).
We can support you if you can't be cared for in the community, or other settings, due to the intensity and expertise of the care required.
We are a male unit and have 11-beds, all of which are single en-suite rooms.
Visiting Summers ward
You are always welcome to visit your loved ones on the ward, please contact us before to arrange this.
We will try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible but ask that you please try to avoid visits during mealtimes.
