NHS Talking Therapies is the new name for improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) services across the country.
We provide a range of talking therapies for anxiety and depression.
In some of our areas we may also be able to support you with other mental health conditions and if you have a long-term physical health condition.
If you're over the age of 16 years and registered with a GP in these boroughs then you can refer yourself through our online form. Please select the borough where your GP surgery is for more information or to make a referral:
Access to our self-help programme (SilverCloud)
We are offering a mental health self-help programme called SilverCloud, where you can instantly access materials which have been shown to have a positive impact on depression, anxiety and stress.
You can log into the program from any device as often as you want, and we'll regularly support you as you work through the materials. Once you have completed the program, you will still be able to access the information in your account for up to a year.

You can practice the technique at home, and some of our services can teach it to you.
Self-help guides
Our self-help guides cover a range of mental health issues and provide you with practical advice and support. These are available to view in various formats.
Debt advice
There's a strong link between debt and mental health problems, with a number of people referring to us in need of debt advice.
You can get free debt advice from the Money Advice Service.
