Attend Anywhere allows you to have your appointments with us via a secure video call.
You'll need a pre-arranged appointment with one of our services and access to Google Chrome or Safari on your chosen device. The appointment should be no different than if it was face-to-face or over the phone.
Please read the information below to get set up, there are videos and guides further down the page if you have any problems. If you have any other questions, contact the service your appointment is with.
Before your appointment
Please come to this page a few minutes before your appointment is due to start, with any key documents you may need to hand (such as your appointment letter).
Starting your appointment
You'll need to sign in and join our video call waiting room until the clinican is ready to start your appointment. Here you'll be able to test your connection and check the sound is working.
Please click the service name, or area where your service is based, for the link to your waiting area. You'll need to complete some information about yourself, including your name, date of birth and a phone number, before you're added.
These details are transferred securely and are used so we can start your appointment or contact you if there are any problems. We do not store these anywhere.
