The Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) launched in 2019 with the aim of ensuring that our disabled staff are treated fairly, not discriminated against, and that their talents are valued and developed.
It measures 10 different things, covering areas as diverse as recruitment, experiences of bullying and harassment, career progression opportunities and engagement levels.
